How much does a mineral powder cost?
As the mining boom in the United States continues, it’s become increasingly difficult to pinpoint exactly how much you should spend on minerals.
But a recent study from the University of California, San Diego found that the average mineral powder is around $12.99, according to Quartz.
The study found that about half of that amount comes from minerals extracted from the ground or in the air.
In terms of pure minerals, a quarter comes from soil, and one third comes from water.
Quartz points out that this study didn’t include many mineral products that aren’t mined, like gemstones, so you may be missing out on some valuable minerals.
